Kris Kringle is the former Assistant to Santa Claus, and soon takes on the mantle of Santa Claus after battling the evil Krampus. He is loyal, kind-hearted, and hard working. Kris has an adoptive brother named Junior, and he is married to Minty Cane.
Minty Cane-Kringle is the Head of the Peppermint Division, eventually becoming Mrs. Claus. She is friendly, courageous, and assertive. She often encourages her friends, and especially her husband, Kris Kringle.
Junior is the son of Santa Claus and adoptive brother of Kris Kringle. He is sharp, witty, and sarcastic. After years of feeling inadequate, Junior transforms into Krampus, an evil anti-Santa Claus.
Bark Pepper is the Head Engineer for Santa's Sleigh. Bark is fun, honest, and compassionate. He has a twin sister named Patty. His best friend is Kris Kringle.
Pointy is the List Master, in charge of Santa's List of Naughty and Nice. Pointy is cautious, patient, and cheerful. He works with Holly, and is close friends with Tinsel. Pointy supports Kris Kringle.
Holly is the List Mistress over Santa's List of Naughty and Nice. Poised, creative, and efficient, she leads her Elvish friends to success. She believes in Santa Claus and supports Kris Kringle.
Patty Pepper is the Assistant Head of the Peppermint Division. She is bold, practical, and spontaneous. She has a twin brother, Bark, and her best friend is Minty Cane-Kringle.
Tinsel is the Head of the Toy Department. He is brash and hot-headed, but caring towards his friends. Tinsel is close friends with Holly and Pointy, and supports Kris Kringle as Santa Claus.
